Spring Express Plumbing provides residential and light commercial plumbing services in Spring, TX and the surrounding cities listed on this site. Non-emergency estimates are free. Emergency dispatch outside normal hours may carry an additional trip fee, disclosed before any work begins.

Pricing and Payment

We provide an upfront price before starting any repair or installation. Final pricing may adjust if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Licensing

All work is performed by or under the supervision of plumbers licensed through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, in accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) as adopted for this state.
